Our shirts and hoodies are printed to order. Except where required by law, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, or if you selected the wrong size or color. Please review the Size & Fit chart for each product before ordering.
Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items
If something is wrong with your order, email theleastofthesepodcast@gmail.com as soon as possible and within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and any relevant labels. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement at no additional cost or a refund where appropriate.
Missing packages
If your order has not arrived, contact us promptly and within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate with our fulfillment partner. Confirmed lost shipments are eligible for a replacement or refund. A package marked delivered requires investigation before a resolution can be determined.
Please contact us before sending any item back. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; processing time depends on your payment provider.
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law.
